A recital by Ivan Bessonov — a Petersburg-born pianist who at 18 had already won the Grand Prix at the International Youth Chopin Competition and prizes at the Anton Rubinstein Competition, the Grand Piano Competition and others. In 2018 he became the first Russian musician to win the Eurovision Young Musicians Competition.
