About
A biographical drama with music dedicated to Edith Piaf, at the Gayka show-space. Actress Valeriya Nikitina performs Piaf's best-known catalogue while inhabiting the singer's biography — from her first steps on stage in mid-1930s Paris through her later career to her death in 1963. Format combines biographical narrative in Russian with Piaf's own French-language songs. The title takes its framing from 'Non, Je ne regrette rien' — Piaf's late signature. Songs work regardless of language.
