Yaroslav Sumishevsky — solo concert
About
A solo concert at the Bolshoi Concert Hall 'Oktyabrsky' (BKZ Oktyabrsky) by the Russian singer Yaroslav Sumishevsky, who works in the estrada-and-folk register — Russian-language material with strong melodic lines, drawing from both variety and rural song traditions. BKZ Oktyabrsky venue policy: a ticket is required for every attendee regardless of age; children under six are not admitted except at dedicated children's events; latecomers forfeit their assigned seat; the administration reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Full-set concert, seated hall.
Bureau's take
A specifically Russian estrada evening — not a tourist-obvious programme but a way to hear where the country's mainstream vocal tradition sits today. Skip if Russian-language pop is not on your list.
