A concert at Sevkabel Port on the Gulf of Finland shore devoted to the great Russian rock songbook — Kino, Aria, Chaif, DDT, Nautilus Pompilius — arranged for a cello ensemble. The transposition strips the songs down to their harmonic bones.

Sevkabel Port is one of the more successful industrial-heritage regenerations in Russia. Russian rock on cellos is a distinctive local pleasure; the transposition makes emotional material of pop nostalgia.
