A smaller-scale musical adaptation of Mikhail Bulgakov's great novel The Master and Margarita on the LDM Small Stage. The 'apocryphon' framing suggests the marginal scenes and possible variants of the novel — the parts most stage versions cut. Sharper and more intimate than the mainstage LDM version.

The small-stage Master and Margarita is arguably the more interesting of the two current LDM productions. Best if you already know the novel.
