Animation Workshop: Visiting the Smeshariki 5!
About
An animation workshop at Smeshariki Theatre-Studio, run by animators from Studio Petersburg — the studio behind the internationally beloved Smeshariki (Kikoriki) series. Children learn how a cartoon is put together and take part in producing a short animated film featuring the Smeshariki characters.
Bureau's take
Smeshariki is one of very few Russian animated series with a genuine global fanbase. Working with the actual studio behind it is a rare treat.
