About
The Atomic Cellos ensemble performs rearranged rock classics — Queen, Metallica, Nirvana and many more — on cellos, at the Fabrika art space. The transposition strips the songs down to their harmonic bones, and often makes familiar material feel entirely new.

Cello rock covers can go badly wrong; Atomic Cellos are one of the ensembles that gets the balance right. Fabrika, a repurposed industrial building, is the sort of venue this repertoire deserves.
