Since 2022, Visa and Mastercard from non-Russian banks don't clear on any Russian acquirer. This is not a website bug — it's the same at every Russian venue and every Russian booking site. What actually works for foreign visitors:

Cash at the box office on the day of the show
Chinese UnionPay cards (accepted at some larger venues)
Payment via a Russian friend or travelling partner
SWIFT transfer from certain countries (3–5 business days)

In season (May–October), we typically respond within 4 hours between 09:00 and 22:00 Moscow time. Same-day bookings are possible for most venues; check with the chat for a specific evening. Out of season the pace is calmer — allow up to 24 hours.
